This decision led her to pursue a life filled with true purpose, balance, and wellness. Before this new chapter, Katy dedicated 20 years to leading and directing business change programs in both the UK and Australia. 🌏

Her international experience includes designing and implementing suicide prevention services in Western Australia, managing acute and community NHS operations in the UK, directing a private rehabilitation case management company, collaborating with non-profit organisations on strategy development, and directing transformation programs following large-scale acquisitions and mergers. 👩‍⚕️🏥
